How We Work

STEP 1

Reservation after online and phone inquiry

Please fill out the detailed information and personal information of the site through the online quote request. After filling out the information, we will call you sequentially and then proceed with the office consultation.

STEP 2

1st office meeting

Through consultation, the client’s needs, lifestyle, on-site situation, and budget are identified, and a rough scope of construction is determined to produce a first estimate.

STEP 3

Proceed with preliminary contract

After the first estimate consultation, a contract is made based on the resulting estimate, and the on-site precision measurement and condition are confirmed.
Afterwards, a group chat room is opened to convey the design plan and progress, enabling smooth communication.

STEP 4

2nd Design and Design Meeting

Design consultations take 1 to 3 sessions depending on the client’s circumstances.

After deciding on the flat layout, tone and manner, and concept, we use the 3D layout and floor plan to propose finishing materials and finalize the design plan.

STEP 5

Proceed with this contract

A contract is drawn up with the finalized estimate.
However, if it does not differ significantly from the first estimate, a new contract may be omitted.

STEP 6

Construction progress

After conducting an on-site meeting based on the finalized design blueprint, construction begins.

We will send you photos of each process through the group chat room.
Even clients who have difficulty visiting the site can see the progress of the construction.
